There is so much need in the world and there are so many incredible causes that deserve recognition and widespread support. Only you and your family can decide what causes and organizations align most strongly with your philanthropic priorities. If you care about homelessness in New York City, we'd argue that there is no organization that provides the same breadth and quality of services as we do. We're also relatively small, so a few dollars here can go further than at other organizations.

We are on the front lines of New York City's homelessness, hunger, mental health, and asylum-seeker crises. Operating a broad range of programs including shelter, emergency food, on-site medical services, showers, case management, supportive counseling, employment assistance, housing navigation, and more, we help hundreds of people a week meet their basic needs and access the resources they need to improve their life circumstances.
